Terms of Service
The main objective of ZTrails is to facilitate the reconciliation of the different activities that are carried out in Sobrarbe Roads, through an Android or iOS mobile device, or through the Web page.
The ZTrails tool shows the incidents that occur on the routes offered by ZONA ZERO. These incidents can be of different types (hunting, temporary closure, fallen tree, flood, processionary, disassemble, race, missing signage, mud, snow, other).
ZONA ZERO is not responsible for the fraudulent use of route and incident data published through ZTrails. All the information published in ZTrails, and, specifically, the information of the hunting hunts, will be the one that ZONA ZERO has been provided with the different reserves and users. ZONA ZERO will verify, to the extent possible, such information, without being responsible for the consequences derived from the use of this information.
ZONA ZERO informs ZTrails users that it respects the current legislation on the protection of personal data, the privacy of users and the secrecy and security of personal data, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to avoid loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed. ZONA ZERO maintains security levels of protection of your data in accordance with the regulations applicable to the security measures of files containing personal data. Geographic information management
The managing body of the geographic information created, maintained and updated in the project "Caminos del Pirineo" is the Zona Zero Business Association together with the Cervezas del Sobrarbe company. Although the geographic information managed in the present project does not have official character, for its creation and manipulation the guidelines defined in the Cartographic Norm of Aragon has been be taken into account, which establishes a set of normative rules so that the geographic information is accessible and public.
The base map offered in both the web version of the application and the mobile version for Android is provided by the Google Maps API. In the mobile version for iOS you access the maps provided by Apple Maps. The layers of Regions, Municipalities and Hunting areas that are shown in the application are those provided by the Government of Aragon through the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Aragon (IDEARAGON).
